I have 30 years of experience helping people with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, relationships, career, spirituality, and gender/sexuality issues. I particularly enjoy helping people make complex decisions about love and work. I value the process of listening closely and observing the process of change. I am also adept at offering practical skills so that clients can experience change in a timely way. NOTE: I am only available for in-person therapy in Newburyport.
