The decision to seek therapy can be challenging, but once you begin, you may be surprised by the changes that unfold. I have taught at the graduate level and supervised interns. With this breadth of experience, I can provide my clients with an approach that is tailored to their specific needs. , My basic goal is to create an environment that allows clients to openly consider changes that would ultimately improve their current situation. We would then design a sensible implementation plan. Through every step, I offer structure, support, guidance, tools, compassion and occasional humor until goals are achieved, while placing a strong emphasis on overall wellness.
