It takes profound courage to acknowledge patterns that keep us stuck, even greater courage to ask for help & engage in a process of change. Our greatest challenges & vulnerabilities are often doorways into our greatest strengths and capacities. I specialize in working with people who deal with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, as well as struggles that arise in the wake of trauma. I have a background in yoga & meditation as well as in working as a labor doula. These areas of experience often influence my therapeutic approach & reinforce my trust in the wisdom of the body & the nervous system. , " My approach is holistic, actively collaborative, & customized to each clients needs. I incorporate & draw from a variety of modalities, including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Polyvagal Theory, yoga, and meditation/mindfulness. That said, I see building trust & developing the therapeutic relationship as a pivotal instrument of supporting healing & growth. ", I am licensed in both Massachusetts & Virginia.
