I am a licensed therapist, recovery, and spiritual counselor working with people seeking meaningful changes. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help you identify unhelpful thinking patterns and develop new ways of thinking that can lead to behavior change and more stable moods and emotions. Acceptance and Commitment Therapy encourages the use of mindfulness skills and exploration of your values that can lead you to living into your most authentic self. Sand Play Therapy is a more creative or expressive approach to self-discovery by gaining insights into what is currently going on in your life and how you want it to be. , Non-judgmental, compassionate care will help us develop a strong helping relationship that will assist you in exploring the values, strengths, and skillful strategies that you already possess. These will give you the confidence to start your process to wholeness. I welcome all people and have positive regard for members of the GLBTQIA+ community. , My specialty is helping people find transformation through spiritual solutions and healing. I draw from Christian and Buddhist, or 12 Step practices and, non-religious ways to tap into your spiritual dimension. I accept all people and if this is not your thing, we do not have to go there.
