I draw from psychodynamic and relational perspectives; the goal to better understand how past experiences and relationships affect current situations. l consider it essential to customize treatment to clients needs and goals and incorporate techniques from other approaches, such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), CBT, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). ", " I have extensive experience working with a variety of clients and presenting concerns including, but not limited to, mood disorders, anxiety, and personality disorders. My areas of special interest include trauma-focused therapy and womens issues related to pregnancy, post-partum, and infertility.
