My goal is always for the therapeutic relationship to be helpful to you on your journey of healing and wellness. I prefer to take a client-led approach in identifying personal goals that feel attainable to you and meet you where you are at. It is important to me that my clients feel they are challenging themselves in their personal growth. I want my clients to leave session feeling confident in their progress, regardless of natural setbacks life brings. I enjoy taking an eclectic approach in utilizing interventions to suit the needs and preferences of my clients. , My background includes supporting individuals, couples, and families from a variety of backgrounds in navigating personal and life challenges including depression, anxiety, trauma, parenting skills, grief and loss, transitions, etc. Unfortunately, I am only offering individual services at this time. , The journey of healing and wellness is never linear and is not always easy, but brings its own beauty to life.
