Engaging my clients in a warm, mutually respectful and comforting way by building a trusting relationship between the therapist & the client is crucial to me. My approach is client –centric, empathetic, holistic and non-judgmental. I use a relational framework as well as down to earth psychotherapy techniques tailored to each client. Having counseled people since 1999, I have been trained in various techniques over the past decade & have the flexibility to choose the best therapeutic techniques.
