If you are motivated to work on what is troubling you I am happy to meet you. It takes courage to ask for help. I see adults of all ages individually or in couples. I work with anxiety, depression, grief, medical issues, loss and bereavement, relationship problems and uncomplicated trauma. I have built a multifaceted approach which we can tailor-make for you. I have extensive training in depression, medical illness, trauma, relationship issues. Please note: I am not accepting severe trauma/depression. , I spent twenty years as a Lecturer on Psychiatry at Harvard Medical School\nat The Cambridge Health Alliance supervising students and staff. I have also studied Internal Family Systems, trauma and attachment theory. I consider myself as a consultant to you and have deep respect for your courage to enter psychotherapy. Humor helps!
