About Us

I am a licensed therapist in MA and ME who works primarily with young adults and adults at Sanative Counseling and Wellness Center. My specialties are with LGBTQIA+ identities, trauma, and athletes/performers. With these populations, I engage with a variety of topics related to anxiety, trauma processing, attachment ruptures, identity development, family/relationship issues, and life transitions. I am also a Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC) specializing in mental skills training for athletes, teams, and other performers across high school, college, and professional levels. , I believe it is crucial to consider all aspects of your identity in order to genuinely connect with each other. My therapeutic style is person-centered, culturally informed, and trauma informed. It is important that in our work together you feel heard. I frequently draw from narrative, psychodynamic, attachment, ACT, and systems-oriented approaches. , I recognize that we are all unique and complex, so I believe meeting each client where they are at and tailoring therapy to their needs is most important.
