I am a licensed psychologist specializing in trauma, anxiety, depression, and posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD). I aim to help clients understand how stress and trauma affect their lives, provide support and validation, and teach skills to help manage stress, anxiety, depression, and PTSD. I also have experience treating social anxiety, phobias, and panic disorder. Treatment approaches include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT; behavioral activation, exposure therapy), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Prolonged Exposure (PE), as well as mindfulness, acceptance, and values clarification. , Outside of my private practice, I am an Assistant Professor at Massachusetts General Hospital & Harvard Medical School, where I conduct research on how stress, trauma, and PTSD affect physical health. I am also a Board Member for the Massachusetts Board of Psychologists.
