I am available for tele-health sessions from the comfort of your own home in both MA & NY. , My specialty is in the treatment of anxiety, depression, eating disorders, relationship issues, life transitions and stressors. I utilize cognitive behavior therapy, exposure response prevention, acceptance commitment therapy, and dialectical behavior therapy techniques.
