My practice focuses on perinatal therapy and parent guidance for families with young children. I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) with over a decade of experience working with families. I specialize in working with caregivers from pregnancy through the early years of parenting (birth - age 8). , I am certified in Perinatal Mental Health (PMH-C) and provide pregnancy and postpartum therapy. Parent consultation is available to problem solve challenges and explore the experience of parenting young children. I also offer SPACE (Supportive Parenting of Anxious Childhood Emotions) treatment, a parent-based treatment program for children with anxiety. , I believe that children can thrive when parents are well-supported. In our current world, parenting has become an increasingly isolated experience.
