I have spent the last 20 years focusing on helping adults become more comfortable within themselves. I work with my clients to develop balance through compassionate exploration of what has created difficulties for them. My focus is helping the client find the resources within themselves to manage the discomfort created by emotional dysregulation. , I specialize in addiction/alcoholism, trauma, as well as depression and anxiety through using compassionate inquiry, mindfulness, and polyvagal theory. I have an office in the Hilltowns, offering a natural setting where we can walk in the woods and fields with the companionship of a dog, cat or horse. , I beleive the most effective modality of healing is found in a supportive connection of loving kindness and understanding. I draw from my many years of sitting with people and holding a safe space for them to share their life experiences fully, in order for them to discover current day peace within and not be held prisoner to their past experiences.
