About Us

Creating a welcoming and supportive environment is fundamental to explore each individual’s unique experiences. I provide individual therapy to young adults and professionals struggling with life transitions and challenges in relationships with self and with others. Incorporating the mind and body into my practice deepens clients journey toward recovery and self-discovery. In my work with clients I help them to navigate the demands on their time that can add stress to their lives. Empowered in our work together, clients find healthy solutions balancing stress, work, relationships, and school. , My specialties include eating disorders, anxiety, trauma, and working with pregnant and postpartum individuals. I bring compassion and empathy to my client-centered approach and believe that all people have the ability to achieve their goals for change given the right support. , Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and mindfulness techniques are the core of my work with clients, meeting them where they are in their therapeutic journey. I believe in fostering a nonjudgmental setting where the collaborative process of therapy can take place.
