Whether you are coping with a transition, having challenges in a relationship, experiencing symptoms of anxiety or depression, grieving the loss of a loved one, or facing another obstacle to your well-being, the work we do together in therapy can restore you to a place of peace and balance.\nMy role as a therapist is to serve as your ally: to be present with you in your expression of feelings; to serve as a witness to your experience, a companion in discovery and release of what no longer serves you, and a mirror, reflecting the wisdom that lies within you. , I have worked successfully with hundreds of people challenged with relational and family dynamics issues, trauma, grief and loss, transitions, self esteem problems, anxiety, and depression. In releasing old patterns of thought and self-limiting beliefs, you will find the freedom to reclaim yourself, and to realign with the truth of who you are. , I practice holistic psychotherapy - I see the body, mind, and spirit as aspects of you that require balance with one another. Integrating a combination of EMDR with other therapeutic modalities, and your belief system, we will explore ways in which you may care for and bring these parts of yourself into greater alignment.
