My intention is to be an active partner with you to reduce distress, cultivate a healthy mind, body, spirit connection, and develop the capacity to meaningfully engage in here-and-now life and relationships. My focus is to build upon your individual strengths, enhance self-care efforts, and enrich any resources and supports already in place. I draw from a broad range of disciplines and take a holistic approach to healing and wellbeing.
