About Us

I treat eating disorders, trauma survivors, athletes, veterans, families, and couples, working towards healing and being motivated to take on the hard challenges. I have worked in inpatient care for eating disorders and comorbid diagnoses. I have worked several years with athletes of all ages and understand the complexities & stress that can come with being an athlete. I offer and welcome those who are supportive towards others who are on their own journey. Whether that be loved ones in treatment facilities, medical issues, substance abuse, trauma or something else, I provide a space where clients can feel safe. , I use a trauma-informed care approach alongside mindfulness-based treatment when working with trauma survivors and veterans. I offer family & couples therapy to help clients become more open and communicative and build connections. I also offer TMS Therapy, providing an effective, medication-free option for treating depression. , Life is filled with emotional experiences; some are filled with joy and love, while others are filled with grief, pain, and hardship. It is important that we take the time to work through it and start to heal rather than avoid it. No matter what it is, you are coming in for therapy; know it is the hardest step to make & you are already doing the hard thing.
