We all have our own unique story and life experience that shape who we are. I became a licensed clinical social worker because I am passionate about helping people navigate through challenges and find their answers from within. I’ll never tell you what you ‘should do,’ but I’ll help guide you through the process of healing through self-determination. With a compassionate and direct approach, one of my missions is for clients to feel empowered and motivated when they leave each session. , Most of my talk therapy approaches involve using Solution-Focused and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I am also trained in providing Accelerated Resolution Therapy which involves using voluntary image replacement and is helpful for clients dealing with issues such as trauma, grief, depression, anxiety and more. , My main goals involve creating and holding a space where you can feel safe, heard, and validated. Together, we will devise a plan and create specific objectives to help you live the life you desire and deserve. Let’s start doing the work!
