About Us

I am a licensed therapist and intuitive guide, therapist & coach who has practiced as a Licensed Clinical Social worker for 12+ years. As a therapist, I feel strongly that we heal effectively when treated as a whole person. My work focuses on making the unconscious, conscious. The symptoms a client experiences are a part of a deeper problem, which we will uncover, together. I view psychotherapy as a collaborative process through which I work with clients to gain a better understanding of how the environment, system, culture, & relationships interact with historical & present thoughts and emotions. , We will find the right solutions while in a safe, judgment-free zone. I guide & support adult clients, on a healing journey; unlearn unhelpful patterns that resist their radical acceptance. We work towards desired goals in exploratory ways by connecting mindfully, creating self-love by holding boundaries, & creatively connecting to their joy. , " My core values surround honesty & empathy & these really shape the direction of my practice.
