Mental Health is often times dismissed or not given the priority it should have due to stigma, or the perception that maybe it will just go away or get better on its own. The reality is Mental Health should be a priority as it can affect your everyday mood, cognitive function, relationships and overall health. My passion and dedication to helping others was my drive in obtaining my clinical license. Throughout the years I have gained vast experience of direct face-to-face Individual and couples counseling with a wide range of populations. , I use several modalities to assist you in identifying your strengths, weaknesses, and triggers while guiding you to develop coping skills that will be your tool to get you through the most difficult and challenging times in your life.
