About Us

With over 20 years of experience working with individuals and families in Lee County, I have a welcoming and compassionate approach to the counseling process. Whether the client is dealing with a long time struggle, or more current stressors I help individuals utilize their own strengths and inner knowing to resolve issues. With a focus on wellness, I can work with clients to develop daily routines, build awareness and increase mindfulness to move them toward the happier and healthier lifestyles they desire. , I specialize in stress/ anger management, codependency, family conflict and family of origin issues, loss and grief, life transitions and experiences of trauma, PTSD, anxiety/depression. I use a wellness approach to therapy with the movement/breath of yoga, meditation & energy health modalities such as EFT tapping as adjuncts to traditional talk therapy. , I invite you to reach out and explore what our practice has to offer.
