There are times in each of our lives, when we all experience increased stress and life changes. Having someone that can be objective, yet caring and who will collaborate with you to develop healthy and effective coping skills is helpful during those times. I will tailor my therapeutic interventions to fulfill each of those needs. Through an evidenced-based interdisciplinary approach, I will provide mental health and wellness services to adolescents, adults, couples, and families in the Northern Florida area. In addition, my Virtual Telehealth Services provide me an opportunity to connect with you anywhere in the state of Florida. , As a licensed mental health counselor with several years of experience, I can work with you to address a variety of concerns including, but not limited to: anxiety, stress, sadness, relationship challenges, self-esteem, and more.
