Are you a woman who feels like your life is not your own? Some days your life’s blessing’s; your career, marriage and children feel more like challenges. You may even feel guilty about feeling this way. You tirelessly care and support others, but struggle to do the same for yourself. Your efforts to be everything for everyone has caused you to feel depressed, anxious and possibly resentful at times. You’re not even certain when you lost yourself and even less certain how to discover the woman you desire to be. You WANT to recognize the woman staring back in the mirror; you WANT to be physically, emotionally and spiritually abundant. , I utilize Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Faith-Based Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to support women of color as they journey to wholeness. We will dismantle the cultural messaging and generational trauma so that you can connect with the woman who is ready to create boundaries, self-care practices, and live her best life. , Our work is directed by your journey, and I am honored to provide a holistic and integrative space that supports your transformative growth.
