I have extensive experience working with children and adults. Most of the clients I provide service for have symptoms of depression, anxiety, stress and adjustment disorders. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focus, and Mindfulness Therapy . , I have a Masters in Counseling and a Masters in Education.I provide individual and family counseling to help decrease symptoms of depression ,anxiety, marital difficulties,etc. Assistance and guidance with Individual Educational Plans (IEP), among other things are also available for parents looking to learn how to navigate the educational system. , I have experience working in different settings. I have worked in private practice, school settings, substance abuse centers, and in forensic/ correctional settings. I have a wide range of experience in mental health.
