As a licensed psychologist, I have over 15 years of experience and training in helping people move through anxiety/panic, obsessive worry, and feelings of inadequacy so that they can live a life of purpose & empowerment. , I specialize in solution focused interventions alongside depth-oriented exploration to help my clients find sustainable relief from suffering. From your first session, we will work collaboratively to empower you with skills grounded in research, while also engaging in meaningful exploration of your background and identity. , It would be a privilege to work with you so that fear or pain cannot rule your life.
