With over 30 years of dedicated experience as a psychotherapist, I am a general practitioner who has had the privilege of helping adults, adolescents, and families navigate a spectrum of challenges such as substance abuse, depression, anxiety, parenting skills, phobias, marital communications, and personality disorders. As a military family member, I have had the opportunity to practice in multiple locations throughout the United States and internationally, providing me with unique insights into the specific challenges faced by individuals, families, and military service members. , " Beyond my background in addressing issues like sexual abuse, trauma, substance abuse, employment concerns, and everyday stressors, Ive played a role in training clinicians across diverse settings, including hospitals, clinics, and private practices. Ive also collaborated with numerous large companies to develop and enhance counseling programs. ", My eclectic therapeutic approach utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), trained in trauma and amongst other techniques.
