Are you struggling to manage anxiety and stress? Are you feeling sad, and maybe frustrated with how you feel versus how you think you should be feeling? When so much feels uncertain, I will be there to help and to listen, and to work with you to achieve what you need out of therapy. I provide an empathetic and secure therapy space for you to create compassion and security in relationships – even when that relationship is with yourself.
