Therapy offers a safe space to explore all that is going, a place to find your true voice, your aliveness, and heal early woundings. In therapy we focus on balancing acceptance of what is, with direction and empowerment to change what can be changed. Our goal is to amplify your sense of peace, fulfillment, and joy, while feeling seen, heard, and understood. , My specialties include working with couples, helping them maximize their happiness and satisfaction. Skills include, building or rebuilding the friendship/love bond and understanding, navigating conflict effectively, and creating a life of shared meaning. I also work with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. , " I graduated John F. Kennedy University in the San Francisco Bay Area, with a Masters degree in Counseling Psychology, with emphasis on Somatic Psychotherapy, bringing wisdom and awareness of the body to facilitate healing.
