About Us

Therapy can come with many hesitations as it can be intimidating, overwhelming, and challenging to get started. However, my goal as a therapist is to see that clients can feel comfortable working through the uncomfortable and feel confident enough that they can trust me throughout the process. I aspire for my clients to have their treatment focused on their specific needs and goals rather than trying to treat all clients in the same ways. This means that I allow you to lead with your story and see that the process is about your journey and using an approach that is best fit for you at this time in your life. , I have worked with clients of all ages from infants up until 70 years old, ranging from various presenting concerns including trauma, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, fertility, relational problems, and more. Depending on your current concerns, I will use the therapy model that best addresses the challenges you would like to overcome. , Although I have seen numerous clients in the past 6 years, I am always humbled by each individuals\ story and their willingness to share with me and trust me in the therapeutic process. I try my best to support my clients in the ways they need during treatment as I am honored to be a part of "doing the work" with them.
