After a few years of being an elementary school teacher, I recognized that I focused more on my students’ socioemotional education and their overall well-being than I did on academics. , I decided to pursue my instinct to dig deep and inspire others to discover their inner strengths. I love when I can help other people shine. I love the fact that telehealth provides a small glimpse into my clients’ real lives. It allows me to see them in their safe spaces where they can feel most like themselves. , If you are crunched for time or just cannot fit everything into your day, there is no need to cancel your session; you can fold your laundry while we chat. Technology really allows us to become more flexible and is helping therapy become less stigmatized as a stuffy office with a therapist who just nods their head.
