About Us

I am now accepting new clients! I specialize in treating adults and children (6-16) with anxiety, depression and behavioral or school difficulties. You and they will find relief and healing in the calm, centered mindfulness of Art Therapy, because I believe in working as closely with parents struggling with their children’s issues as I would with the children themselves. The inner self has its own innate ability to heal, given the right environment to do so: Art Therapy can provide a personal, creative, strength-based, psychologically healing experience that is beneficial for all! , In an Art Therapy session, clients use art media (paints, clay, pastels, markers) in the creative process and their resulting artwork to explore their feelings, foster creativity and self-awareness, manage behavior, develop social skills, improve reality orientation, reduce anxiety and increase self-esteem. No prior artistic experience is necessary. , I offer an initial 15-minute complimentary phone consultation, in which I briefly speak to the prospective client about how I work and allow time for the client to ask any questions they might have.
