About Us

You are a whole human w basic needs for nurturement, security/safety, romantic/social connection, significance, growth, & contribution. Sometimes these needs are not met in concert leaving us feeling misaligned. Together, we will meet you where you are w compassion & a holistic perspective. We may use yoga, experiential exercises, &/or assignments that fit your specific therapeutic goals. It is my belief that there is freedom in commitment to the things that feel right and come from the heart. You will learn to feel & sense this on your journey in therapy. A study by Standford revealed that lacking connection is worse for us than smoking, obesity, & high blood pressure! There are all kinds of ways to connect. We can learn to connect to ourselves, nature, one another... I look forward to connecting w you , " Its hard to know where to start. How to start can feel daunting & on top of that, we usually feel like we are the only ones w the problem, or worse, we believe that we ARE the problem.
