I offer individual, couples, marriage, family or group sessions. You can even invite a friend to join you in the sessions. Most of my experience is with adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, mood disorders and trauma. I also enjoy working with women (single or married) and mothers facing difficulties related to loneliness, marriage, divorce, pregnancy and parenting.
