I have extensive knowledge working with addiction, self-esteem, relationship distress, diet and eating disorders, anxiety, depression, adjustment disorder and more. , I specialize in providing assistance and guidance in resolving personal, social or psychological problems. I also practice from a wellness model, which is a proactive and positive approach to living that increases resiliency to stress by promoting life balance and contentment.
