I have worked with a variety of clients and families including residential facilities, outpatient behavioral health programs, and private practice settings. My specialty is providing services to those who experience PTSD, complex trauma, anxiety, and depression and are eager to learn how to manage difficult emotions in a healthier way. I also engage active parents to learn skills related to stress management, positive parenting, behavior management, and effective communication. ", I provide EMDR Therapy and certified in trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy. I have a history of treating PTSD, complex traumas, childhood maltreatment, community violence, and traumatic grief. EMDR is also an effective treatment approach to address anxiety, depression, and eating disorders. , I am providing telehealth ONLY appointments to individuals living in the state of Florida.
