I use a combination of traditional counseling techniques with integrating mind, body, spirit and techniques in energy psychology, EMDR, hypnotherapy, and vibration sound healing and other forms of deep relaxation and natural holistic healing approaches if the client is interested in them. , Helping people heal from the inside out , I have worked with all age and all issues in many ways and settings and believe people can fully heal and using a whole person approach I have seen it happen in the most gentle, easiest, quickest ways.
