About Us

We provide comprehensive counseling services to individuals in the community. Therapy promotes the understanding that we can experience difficulties, our goal is to provide support in times of struggle. I have been in the counseling field for 15 years working with clients with a wide variety of issues such as Substance Use, Trauma, Sexual Abuse, Depression, Mood Disorders, Grief, Family, immigration issues, and Relationship Issues. I have come to appreciate the power of faith as an active ingredient in positive change. , Spirituality and faith are important components in the counseling process and our goal is to create a safe place where healing happens, and growth is encouraged. We want to provide support in times of need, as "The pathway that we walk is the one that leads to happiness or pain. The choice is ours, our healing is ours." , I am trained in EMDR, a top intervention widely used in trauma and other mental health concerns which allows the processing of distressing information stored in our brains that causes different symptoms, from distressing emotions to mental health issues. I have come to understand the importance of healing emotional wounds in improving quality of life.
