Sometimes life can get overwhelming, and it can be hard to find a safe and non-judgmental space to unwind and gain clarity, perspective, and support in facing life’s challenges. For families with neurodivergent family members or invisible disabilities, it can be difficult to find a counselor who “gets it” and understands their experience, the lingo, and the complexities of navigating life through this lens. As someone with lived experience in these areas, I am passionate about supporting others through this journey. I take an integrative and individualized approach to supporting each client. , I believe each client is best served by taking a holistic approach that considers their unique situation and empowers them to be their best selves. I have a specialized interest in supporting individuals with ADHD, giftedness, twice-exceptionality, and those experiencing psychological symptoms stemming from medical conditions such as pans/pandas and lyme. , If you are a parent on an unexpected journey, feeling overwhelmed as you try to navigate the maze of supporting your children\s needs, I invite you to reach out.
