I believe that everyone could achieve emotional peace if they have the right tools to work with. My clinical focus is on providing my clients with education on skills for Emotional Regulation, Distress Tolerance and Mindfulness skills amongst others to achieve their own personal goals. Specialties include treatment for depression, anxiety disorders, personality disorders, LGBTQ issues, addictions, and recovery. I have also provided Critical Incident Stress Debriefing interventions in the Tampa Bay area for the Tampa Police Department, Tampa Fire Rescue, multiple hospital settings and private institutions for the last 20 years. , I have over 30 years of clinical experience in a variety of settings including inpatient / outpatient treatment facilities and private practice. I also served as a clinical therapist and Assistant Director of Counseling Services at The University of Tampa for the last 12 years.
