I work with adults presenting with a diversity of problems. I can help you acquire the coping skills necessary to manage the stresses of daily life. I specialize in supporting and empowering individuals who experience self-doubt, anxiety, depression, difficulty in life transitions, relationships, eating disorders, and low self-esteem.
