About Us

With over 30 plus years experience, honestly there is no ideal client. Every client i work with, individually or as a couple comes to therapy for their own needs and issues. Many of the issues i deal with daily as a therapist are marital/relationship, communication, and infidelity. The issues are universal, we all want to be heard, appreciated, respected and trusted. Forgiveness and letting go is sometimes the goal, building self esteem and respect. The main goal is to allow vulnerability without shame or judgement . The main focuses are improved communication and coping skills and self love. , I always get the question what can you do? Why come to therapy? I always give the same answer, I can listen, be supportive, provide new tools and a safe space. Because you want to, therapy is consensual. I am a licensed Fl supervisor to students and work with many modalities including Gottman, and treat every client as an individual with their own needs. , My style is open and communicative, I am a good listener, supportive and empathetic. Every client is an individual with individual needs and wants and treated as such, with respect and kindness. My focus is building a client/therapist relationship on trust and honesty. By allowing the client a safe environment, allows them success and positive self growth.
