Being human is hard. There are many emotions that come from simply existing. It can feel overwhelming to embark on the search/discovery of one’s most authentic self while navigating the world around you. To learn what works & what you’d like to change. To find the language to communicate who you are to yourself & others. It can help to have someone accompany you as you learn/remember who you are or want to become. I can provide a space for all that you carry to be witnessed, validated, & explored. I’d love to join you in your journey towards embracing both the beautiful & painful complexities of being human.
