About Us

I have a decade of experience working with individuals navigating life transitions, mood, anxiety, relationship and body image concerns. My clients often experience hardships due to patterns initially developed to survive and manage marginalization, unmet attachment needs, toxic societal messaging or traumas. I empower clients to recognize and honor their lived experiences, increase tolerance for and acceptance of emotions, increase insight into thoughts and behaviors, and practice new ways of being. This is in service of helping my client’s move through the world with more agency and intentionality. , I deeply value the therapeutic relationship, and offer support from a place of humility and curiosity. I utilize a wide range of empirically validated approaches to help you make sense of your experiences and patterns to ultimately help you think more clearly, act more authentically and feel more confidently in your life beyond therapy. , I know from personal and professional experience how scary it is to seek out professional help.
