My favorite part about helping people through their journey is giving them the skills, knowledge, and insight needed to continue growth and improvement throughout their life after theyve decided they no longer need my help to do it. ", I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist for work with individuals and my areas of expertise include issues relating to adult and childhood trauma. Many of the symptoms I can help with include anxiety, depression, poor self-esteem, fear of authority figures, panic attacks, and intrusive memories or flashbacks. , I have a lifelong passion for psychotherapy and helping others reclaim their authentic selves. I bring a calm, accepting presence and use intuitive insight and expert knowledge to help others on their journey of recovery of their authentic selves.
