Reaching out for help can feel intimidating. You may find yourself struggling to the point of being overwhelmed. You may feel unsatisfied with your relationships, dealing with depression or anxiety, or processing loss or trauma. You may be pregnant or postpartum and feel the need to address some of these issues that you have not tended to yet. Embarking on the path of therapy is a courageous step towards personal growth and well-being and know that you are not alone. It would be my privilege to collaborate with you in your healing journey and find ways to make it through the challenges you are facing. , I am passionate about working with life transitions, perinatal and postpartum issues, and expecting parents to navigate their unique challenges. I have partnered with women to process their births and identity challenges that come with parenthood. My experience includes a wide range of training and an extensive background in childhood trauma. , " I believe everyone should have access to therapy, and I offer a sliding scale to those in need. Currently, I work Monday-Friday mornings and offer both in-person and virtual sessions.
