Tired of not being in control of your emotions? Tired of not feeling good enough or masking how you feel? Do you have a history of difficult interpersonal relationships, fear of abandonment, chronic feelings of emptiness, or impulsive behavior? If you answered yes to any of these, there is no need to feel ashamed. You have most likely experienced attachment injuries, trauma, invalidation, consistent messages that you are not good enough, not worthy of love or you may have come to blame yourself for most of the bad things that have happened to you or your loved ones. I have strong rapport with those who have a history of attachment struggles, painful interpersonal relationships, self harming behavior & chronic feelings of emptiness. I also work w/ couples struggling with harmful dynamics, communication, attachment and codependency problems. , I combine evidence based therapy with applied therapeutic assignments in order to help measure progress. As your therapist, I want to walk with you on this journey to help you find connections, recover hope and to develop meaningful interpersonal relationships. I am an LGBTQIA+ affirming provider and I offer my services in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
