I have always enjoyed collaborating with people to solve problems. My primary mission as a counselor is to help individuals, couples, and families manage life’s challenges and its many crucial and often unexpected transitions. I am especially passionate about helping struggling teens, young adults, and their families; men in crisis; and individuals and couples improve decision-making, communication, and coping skills. My role as counselor, teacher, and mentor is to help guide you and instill hope and a sense of purpose through a pragmatic, collaborative, non-judgmental, and compassionate approach. , I developed a strong belief in the power of the human spirit over my nearly 40 year professional career, especially in times of crisis.
