My approach to therapy promotes a safe and compassionate environment for clients to grow at their own pace. Even though I utilize many different modalities of treatment, such as EMDR, CBT, DBT, and Family Systems Theory, each intervention is personalized to the needs of each individual. , My therapeutic sessions focus on helping individuals to resolve mental health challenges and maximize their potential. I am intentional in selecting and applying interventions that promote wellbeing and minimize symptoms of depression, anxiety and trauma. My clients are provided with resources that they can apply in their daily routine for better results. , I specialize in helping individuals to decreasing the impact of past traumas in the current stage of their lives and assisting women to successfully manage life challenges. I also provide Christian Counseling to individuals of Christian faith background. I will help you to live your life of purpose.
