About Us

I specialize in the treatment of depression, anxiety, grief & loss, ADHD, medical issues and illnesses, workplace stressors, work-life balance, adjustment, self-esteem issues, life stages, behavior change & modification, conflict resolution, communication issues, relationship & interpersonal issues. I am also a Qualified Supervisor for Registered Mental Health Counseling Interns and am able to provide supervision. I have available day, early evening, and Saturday appointments. , I utilize an eclectic counseling approach that is flexible and multifaceted curtailed to the needs and communication styles of the individual. My primary focus is the mind-body balance through techniques including somatic, cognitive behavioral, behavior modification, person-centered, and existential approaches. , I have over 25 years’ experience working in the mental health field in both the private and community mental health settings as well as providing vocational counseling services in the private sector. My goal is to provide a comfortable and safe setting to share your thoughts, feelings, and experiences so we can explore strategies to attain your goals.
