About Us

Hello, my name is Renata! My experience has focused on trauma, anxiety, and childhood concerns - things that we can all relate to, but we may have second thoughts or some hesitation about addressing or even acknowledging. Sometimes we feel disconnected and detached from others, emotionally fatigued and/or on edge, and sometimes we just feel "off" and have no idea where to start. This is it, though - you reading this and looking through countless therapist\s profiles is the first tedious, but necessary, step (yay!). , " I approach my job with respect, compassion, and realism. I understand life isnt always butterflies and rainbows, and effective therapy isnt about ignoring the bad and focusing on the good.
